Depending on the engagement, deliverables can include a BIM execution plan, combined review model, illustrated issue register, coordination meeting records and a milestone closeout report. Designers approve design changes; contractors and trades confirm installation requirements.

Can Hive Support a Project Designed by Another Architect?
Yes. We can join as a BIM coordination consultant alongside your architect, engineers, construction manager and contractor. Communication, responsibilities and branding are established with your team at kickoff.
Can We Start With CAD Drawings or PDF Plans?
Yes. We review the available information and define the model creation needed for the intended review. Teams can continue using their established production tools, with assumptions and model responsibilities agreed before work begins.
Can Hive Support Its Own Architectural Projects?
Yes. An enhanced BIM scope can add defined model reviews, formal issue reporting and contractor or trade coordination to a Hive project. The proposal identifies the additional services and deliverables.
How Is the Service Priced?
We prepare a project-specific proposal based on building size and complexity, available models, disciplines, modeling effort, review cycles and schedule. Firm implementation and ongoing BIM management can also be scoped separately.
